1. Congress Satchels (single sponsor)
The type and design of the satchels will be selected by the Organising Committee. An initial estimate of 400 satchels will be required.
The sponsor will be provided with the following:
❖ recognition of the sponsor with the company name and logo printed on the satchels
❖ acknowledgement of sponsor in the Souvenir Programme

2. Lanyard (single sponsor)
The type and design of the lanyards will be selected by the Organising Committee. An initial estimate of 500 lanyards will be required. The sponsor will be provided with the following:

❖ acknowledgement of sponsor in the Souvenir Programme

3. Congress Kit Insert
Sponsors may insert up to TWO A4 pages leaflets into the Congress Satchels. The leaflets are provided by the advertisers.
The content and format of the materials must be approved by the Organising Committee beforehand. Materials should be in English, with an initial distribution of 500 copies, to be submitted to the Secretariat by 1st February 2015.

❖ Souvenir Programme: 800 copies to be distributed on-site
Advertisers for the Souvenir Programme are required to submit the advertisement materials to APMBSS2016 Secretariat by 1st February 2016

There will be a bio-medical exhibition area adjoining the main convention hall during the APMBSS2016. By partnering in this congress as an exhibitor, your organization is privileged to showcase the latest technology, new products. It is also a platform to interact with more than 300 participants including renowned surgeons, researchers and other medical professionals at one place. Facilities provided to the Exhibitors
An exhibition booth (3m x 3m) will be provided:

❖ Registered exhibitors are entitled to tea/coffee breaks during the congress
❖ Extra exhibitor’s ID badges are charged @ USD 150 per person
